Frequently asked questions.

I am starting my own private practice, can VIBE help?

  • Absolutely! We have spent years fine tuning VIBE to make sure our Credentialing Specialists and Billing Experts work seamlessly together to get your private practice up and running, so you can focus on helping your clients.

If I start my own practice will I need new contracts?

  • The answer is yes. If you are moving from a group to your own private practice, or starting from scratch, you will need new contracts with insurance to be in-network with those insurance panels. VIBE is here to walk you through the process.

What if I decide to grow my clinic?

  • VIBE is uniquely designed to grow with our providers. Whether you need a type II NPI to add a provider, or you are including a new service, VIBE will evolve to suit your needs. Our goal is to make sure your account is always getting the attention it deserves, and VIBE will staff up if necessary to meet your needs. Neither the client nor the account manager should ever be overwhelmed!

How long does insurance typically take to pay?

  • In most cases, it will take at least 30 days from the date the insurer receives a claim to when your mental health clinic will receive payment. Some insurance companies move faster, but, as a rule, 30 days is what most clinics can expect.

How far back can VIBE go, to find my clinic extra profits?

  • 90 days is often a rule among most insurance providers. Medicare usually allows providers to file a claim within a calendar year after services are provided. Having an expert biller very familiar with these time constraints is vital, helping you avoid having claims being denied because of late submission.

Is switching billing companies complicated?

  • VIBE has successfully transitioned many clients from their previous billing companies, making the process seamless and stress-free. Being proficient in multiple EHRs, we can work with your current billing software, or suggest different resources to better your business structure & flow. We provide a full account audit, sweeping through past billing work to collect every missing dollar we can find. This will reduce your 90-day receivables immediately.
